INGREDIENTS

1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat

6 slices white bread

3 tablespoon Light Honey Mustard

1 egg white

1 1/2 tablespoon Miracle Whip

1/2 medium yellow pepper finely chopped

3 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoon dried minced onion

METHOD

Step One Blend bread in a food processor until the crumbs are the same fine consistency.

Step Two Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Step Three Make crab cake patties and place onto a baking tray.

Step Four Preheat oven to 350 and then bake the crab cakes for 8-10 minutes.

Step Five Reset the oven to broil/grill and then broil until the crab cThen set your oven to broil, and broil crab cakes until they are a golden brown.

INGREDIENTS

2 lb lump crabmeat

1 medium onion finely chopped

1/8 c. parsley finely chopped

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 cup bread crumbs

1 teaspoon pepper

4 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup green pepper finely chopped

2 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Step One Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl

Step Two Add in the crab meat and fold in gently and not break the flakes

Step Three Form patties and roll and coat lightly in bread crumbs

Step Four Place under the broiler and broil until golden brown.

THE BEST BROILED CRAB CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS Serves 4 people

2 pounds crab meat

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 teaspoon lemon juice use fresh lemon

½ Cup mayonnaise use low fat type

¼ cup mustard

1 small onion finely chopped

1 green pepper finely chopped

1 cup Saltine crackers crushed

1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

1 ounce parsley finely chopped

Dash of garlic powder

METHOD

Step One Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well

Step Two Add in the crab meat and fold in gently

Step Three Form the mixture into crab cake patties.

Step Four Refrigerate the patties for one hour.

Step Five Broil for around six minutes each side until golden brown.
