WHAT I LOVE ABOUT CRABS

I just love eating crabs, as well as their equally delicious cousins, the lobster, shrimp, prawn, crayfish and crawfish. No matter where I find myself in the world I always take the opportunity to sample local recipes and the local species of these very delicious crustaceans.
